Before any deliveries are sent out the RWS team securely checks all the items over to make sure they are in perfect condition, once checked over we then securely package all the items ready for dispatch. In very rare cases your item might get damaged in transport by the couriers so we do strongly suggest that upon arrival of your delivery that you thoroughly check the item over for any damages that might have been caused while in transport, so if your item has arrived damaged please do not sign for it & inform the delivery driver, he will then take photos etc & then take it back to their depot, but don’t worry you will have the choice of a new replacement item or a partial refund & keep the item, the choice is yours as long as the item has not been signed for, you will have reminders to check the item over they will be in the dispatch email & on top of the pallet packaging there will be a reminder to check the item over. Our delivery service consists of a nationwide pallet distribution service that are delivering non stop monday – friday getting your orders out, the company we use to handle all of our pallet deliveries is pallet track , they are a long running company in the pallet distribution industry that are trusted by many, for all deliveries we will email you once the item has been dispatched, once your pallet has been collected for delivery the pallet track team will contact you & arrange a suitable delivery date.
